What it Does/How it Works:
Patients with Hepatitis C have a very high rate of insomnia.
At Alchemist Lab, we prescribe Magnesium Orotate primarily for treating insomnia, leg cramps, fatigue, and cardiovascular issues.
In our clinical experience, when disastolic blood pressure fails to drop sufficiently it indicates that the arteries are failing to relax. Magnesium Orotate works extremely well to treat that situation.
Magnesium Orotate is also an excellent remedy for high cholesterol (used to soften the arteries) and has been shown to improve longevity and decrease mortality in studies related to congestive heart failure.
Orotic acid is also used by the body as an alternative pathway to detoxifying ammonia, when the primary mechanism, the urea or ornithine cycle is not sufficient. When orotic acid is bonded with a mineral it is called an orotate.
