Membrane Complex is a primary treatment for Multiple Sclerosis (MS) as it patches the myelin sheath. Membrane Complex is also useful in the treatment of Cryoglobulinemia, which is an auto-immune illness secondary to Hepatitis C.

What it Does/How it Works:
Cryoblobulinemia is an auto-immune disease where large antibodies form in the blood stream. Over 90% of Cryo cases are in patients with Hepatitis C. Cryo causes vasculitis (inflammation in blood vessels) and can be quite painful. Membrane Complex strengthens the basement membrane of the kidney, which helps filter these antibodies or large protein molecules out of the blood.
At Alchemist Lab, we also recommend Membrane Complex as well when there is a loss of kidney function in non-Cryoblobulinemia cases.
2-Amino Ethanol Phosphate (2-AEP) is a negatively charged ion carrier with an affinity for the cell membrane. Dr. Hans Nieper made 2-AEP famous in his use of this compound in the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Magnesium, calcium, and potassium are all positively charged as free ions. Combined with 2-AEP they form a neutrally charged complex that bonds with and patches cell membranes. Membrane Complex is used in the treatment of MS to patch up and heal the myelin sheath, an electrically insulating layer which forms usually around the axon of a neuron and is essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system.
